Delete Your NativeGuide Account and Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your NativeGuide account and any associated data. NativeGuide is a product of OpsBuoy LLC.

Free users

You don't have a NativeGuide account — free access doesn't require sign-up, and no personal data is stored on our servers. To clear data stored locally on your device (catch log, favorites, trip plans, preferences), either:

Pro subscribers

To delete your Pro account and associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to ops@opsbuoy.com from the address tied to your Pro subscription
  2. Use the subject line: Delete my NativeGuide account
  3. You will receive a confirmation reply within 3 business days
  4. All account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation

Cancelling your subscription (without deletion)

If you only want to cancel your Pro subscription but keep your access through the current billing period, use the "Manage subscription" link in your Stripe receipt email — you don't need to delete your account for this.
