The AI Fish ID feature uses machine learning to suggest species identification from photos. Results may be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI identification for regulatory compliance, consumption safety, or any other consequential purpose. NativeGuide Pro is a recurring subscription service billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize OpsBuoy LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase.
Access codes are issued for individual use only. Sharing your access code with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in revocation of access without refund. We log IP addresses and device types on each login to detect sharing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpsBuoy LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, death, fines, or penalties resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.
The App uses data from third-party sources including NOAA, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Open-Meteo, OpenStreetMap, CARTO, Google, and Stripe. OpsBuoy LLC does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data.
The App, including its design, code, and compiled datasets, is the property of OpsBuoy LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
